Goods will be dispatched upon receipt of order form and processing of credit card payment or clearance of cheque. If you pay by electronic funds transfer, please include a print out of the transfer receipt.

Damaged goods: FOXTOT makes every effort to ensure exceptional care is taken when packaging and sending your items. If an item should arrive damaged, please contact us promptly to discuss an appropriate resolution.

Sold out items: If something you would like is SOLD OUT, email or call us so that you are the first to know when the product becomes available again. In the event an item you have ordered is not available, FOXTOT will contact you promptly to organise an alternative choice or we will put the item on backorder.

Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST (10%). We reserve the right to change prices at our discretion.

Wholesale Enquiries

Interested in offering your customers our products? Simply email us your ABN or ACN and business name and we will email you our wholesale order form. You will then be added to our online list of stockists.

FOXTOT guarantees that our products will make your life easier and bring added peace of mind or your money back! If this is not your experience, please call us and let us know. You may return your product within 30 days for a full refund of purchase price minus shipping.
